No tracking

We do not use any tracking, analytics, or advertising services, and we do not set any tracking cookies. The only cookies this site uses are technically necessary ones — for example the session cookie that keeps you signed in and remembers your language and platform choice.

Data we store when you create an account

When you register, we store the data you enter — your name, your email address, and, where applicable, your organization details. Your password is never stored in plain text; we only keep a cryptographic hash of it.

We use this data exclusively to provide the marketplace: to operate your account, to manage your purchases and licenses, and to contact you about your account when necessary. The legal basis is the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Your data is stored securely on servers within the European Union and is protected against unauthorized access by technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections (TLS).

No disclosure to third parties

We do not sell your data and we do not pass it on to third parties for advertising or any other purposes. Data is only shared where this is strictly necessary to provide the service — for example with our payment provider when you make a purchase — or where we are legally required to disclose it.

Server logs

For security and stability reasons our servers keep technical log files (such as IP address, time of access, and the page requested). These logs are used solely to operate and protect the platform and are deleted automatically after a short period. They are never merged with other data or used to build profiles.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. You can delete your account at any time; we then remove your personal data unless statutory retention obligations require us to keep specific records (e.g. invoices). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

For any privacy-related questions or requests, contact us at info@onlineshop.consulting.
