Terms of Service
The rules for using this marketplace — including what we can and cannot promise about third-party extensions.
Scope and provider
These terms govern the use of this marketplace and all services offered through it. The provider is named in the imprint. Imprint
The service
This platform is a marketplace: it lists software extensions, handles purchases and licensing, and delivers the extension packages for installation. The extensions themselves are developed and maintained by independent third parties — commercial vendors and open-source projects — not by us.
Your account
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials and install tokens confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform.
Third-party extensions — no warranty
All extensions offered for download on this platform originate from third-party providers. We expressly assume no warranty or guarantee that any extension is functional, fit for a particular purpose, free of defects, or free of harmful components. You install and use extensions at your own risk; review them and test them in a non-production environment before relying on them.
Claims arising from a defective extension are to be directed at its provider. Statutory rights you have against the respective provider — or against us where the law mandates it — remain unaffected.
Complaints and moderation
We curate this marketplace with due care: we review reports, investigate every complaint about an extension or a provider, and take action where warranted — from removing individual listings up to blocking a provider entirely in the event of serious violations. To report a problem, contact us at info@onlineshop.consulting.
This moderation is a duty of care, not a promise of results: it does not make us the author of third-party extensions and does not establish any liability on our part for their content.
Liability
We accept no liability for the content, quality, or effects of third-party extensions. For the operation of the platform itself we are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health; in cases of slight negligence only for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Mandatory statutory liability (e.g. under product liability law) remains unaffected.
Changes and governing law
We may amend these terms for the future where there is a legitimate reason; registered users will be informed of material changes in advance. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If individual provisions are invalid, the remainder stays in force.
